We have teamed up with a wood turner (who also happens to be a lampworker) to produce this beautiful series of tungsten rakes with hand-turned wood handles. Each tool is one-of-a-kind!
Selecting from an assortment of exotic wood, our woodworker has hand-turned each handle and finished it with a natural finish. No chemicals, plastics, etc. were used in the finish. A brass ferrule is added to keep the handle from splitting, and a pure-tungsten rod is pressed into the handle.
The wood handles vary from 3" to 6" in length. Each rake has either a 1/16", 3/32", or 1/8" diameter tungsten rod which extends over 2" beyond the handle. These rakes costs $37 each.

(should the tungsten ever break, if there is enough of the broken rod to grasp, it should easily be removed, and a new tungsten rod can be pressed into place)
